  • The client’s website was frequently unresponsive leading to periods of downtime, and overall loss of revenue.
  • Their system was rigid and not optimized for easy customization.
  • The current setup ran multiple websites with a single set of data, yet still required individual updating. It created an additional workload for the in-house personnel, resulting in higher operational costs.
  • The client dedicated a significant amount of time to steering the project development.
Our Contribution To The Project
  • Appointed a qualified, dedicated team, capable of executing the strategy independently and making sure the solution "just works".
  • The technical team made it possible for the client's level of involvement in the development process to decrease. As a result, they could focus on their core business instead.
  • Improved the existing WordPress site and maintained it during the development of the improved solution, without downtime.
  • Designed a solution to enhance the system's customization capacity.
  • Built a new website from the ground up, developed using Django, VueJS, NuxtJS, and static site generators.
  • Reduced the client’s in-house team’s workload, by using a single database/backend for all their sites and creating a simple to use admin interface.
